Cancellation Policy:

• Only for non-personalized hampers, cancellation is allowed before we ship it.

• For the rest of our products, cancellations are not allowed.

Return Policy:

• To be eligible for a return, make a full unboxing video while opening the parcel. Start by making a 360° video of the package from outside and then open the parcel without any cuts till the end.
