Cancellation Policy:

• Only for non-personalized hampers, cancellation is allowed before we ship it.

Return Policy:

• To be eligible for a return, make a video while opening the parcel (full unboxing video). Start by making a 360° video of a package/parcel from outside and then opening the parcel without any cuts till end.
