Unboxing Video Required:
To be eligible for a return, a full unboxing video is mandatory. Start with a 360° view of the sealed parcel and continue to open the package in one uninterrupted shot.
We will not be responsible for any damage or missing items without valid unboxing video proof.
Complaints without an unboxing video will not be entertained.Report Damages Within 24 Hours:
