To be eligible for a return, Please make a video while opening the parcel (full unboxing video) . Start by making a 360° video of a package/parcel from outside and then opening the parcel without any cuts till end. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of products without unboxing video proof. We will not entertain any complaints without unboxing video.
If there is any damage, it should be intimated within 24hrs of receiving the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, Items should be unused and should be in the same condition with original packing.
No refunds for wrong address provided by the client.
No refunds for Unsuccessful deliveries due to absence of clients at the time of delivery.
Items are only refundable when they are broken or damaged, when having a proper video.
Sale items do not have any refund.
To complete your returns, please save the receipt of the order.
Any item which is returned after 10days of delivery will not be refundable.
